Refund Policy

At Bitbyte Creations, we are committed to delivering high-quality app development services. We understand that transparency in our payment and refund processes is essential for building trust with our clients.
1. Payment Structure
All our projects follow a milestone-based payment structure:
- Advance Payment (30–50%): Due before development begins to confirm your project slot.
- Mid-Project Payment (25–35%): Due upon completion of the design/UI phase or first milestone delivery.
- Final Payment (15–40%): Due upon project completion and before final deployment.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are strictly evaluated under the following absolute conditions:
- Project Not Started: If project initiation has not commenced, you are eligible for a partial refund of the advance payment minus administrative, banking, or consultation fees incurred.
- Project Initiation Commenced: Refunds will strictly not be entertained once the project initiation has commenced or developer allocation has been finalized.
- Live or Delivered Work: No refunds are issued for any projects, milestones, or assets that have been delivered or deployed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel the project with a written notice. In case of cancellation post-initiation:
- The client remains liable for all work completed up to the cancellation date according to quoted milestone values.
- Any advance payments covering active phases are strictly forfeited and non-refundable.
- All intellectual property transfers to the client only upon full financial clearance for the respective phase.
4. Non-Refundable Items & Third-Party Costs
We do not issue refunds for any services reliant on third-party vendors, including but not limited to:
- Third-party service fees and subscriptions (Hosting, Domains, SSL, payment gateway integrations).
- Developer accounts for application deployment (Google Play Console, Apple App Store Developer Accounts).
- Third-party API services used within the application architecture.
- Consultation, discovery session fees, and custom design approvals.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work delivered, we encourage you to contact us first. We will work to resolve the issue through revisions and adjustments at no additional cost within the scope of the original agreement.

Bitbyte Creations reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
