Bitbyte Creations provides IT services including mobile app development, web application development, digital marketing, and related technology solutions. Specific service terms, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property

4. Client Projects
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Readymade solutions are licensed, not sold, and subject to the licensing terms provided at the time of purchase.
5. Payment Terms, Taxation & Invoicing
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and agreements. A deposit is required before work commences.
- Taxation: 18% GST will be applied extra to all quoted project costs unless otherwise specified.
- Invoicing: You will only receive the final GST invoice after full and final payment is successfully completed.
- Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Please refer to our Refund Policy for absolute terms.
6. Important Notes & Operational Terms
The following critical terms apply unconditionally to all development projects and engagements:
- Deployment: The final application will only be deployed on the respective platforms' web servers or app stores strictly after successful testing and clearance of all pending dues.
- Scope Creep: Any additional features or modifications requested outside the initially agreed-upon scope of work and discussed features will incur extra costs and require separate timeline estimations.
- Legal Compliance: Compliance with regional regulations and industry standards is essential. We strongly recommend consulting legal experts to ensure your platform meets all necessary requirements in your operational jurisdiction. Bitbyte Creations is a technical provider and does not offer legal cover.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bitbyte Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website or applications.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
